Major commercial refurbishment
NV Decor Ltd delivered a substantial painting and decorating package as part of a major commercial refurbishment at Sulzer in Leeds. Works were completed across offices, meeting rooms, breakout areas, corridors and communal spaces, incorporating multiple colours and finishes throughout the building.
The building remained a working environment for much of the programme, so the package was phased floor by floor and sequenced around mechanical and electrical first fix, suspended ceilings, joinery and floor finishes.
